Access Management & DevOps Assistant

We are looking for a reliable DevOps & Access Management Assistant to help manage user access, cloud resources, and basic DevOps tasks. Responsibilities: Access & Account Management • Create and manage developer accounts across: • High proficiency * Amazon Web Services (AWS) * GitHub * Figma * Cloudflare * FireBase * Postman * SerpAPI * Expo * AppStore * PlayStore * Jira * Netifly * FashnAi * Google Cloud Gemini * Framer * KlingAI * Huggingface Moderate proficiency * Slack * DB * Easy panel * Linear * ClickUp * MongoDB * Runpod * Termly * EasyPanel * MongoDB * Twillio * GoDaddy • Grant and revoke permissions based on role requirements • Ensure principle of least privilege is always enforced Credential & Record Management • Maintain a master access sheet / password vault with: • 100% accuracy • Real-time updates • Clear ownership and permission logs • Track: • Who has access to what • When access was granted/revoked • Credential changes and updates Monitoring & Compliance • Monitor developer activity: • Ensure developers have proper repo access • Confirm code pushes and activity where required • Flag: • Inactive users • Unauthorized access • Missing permissions blocking work Infrastructure Operations • Handle operational tasks such as: • Domain transfers (e.g., Cloudflare account migrations) • API key management • Environment setup coordination • Execute tasks immediately upon request with zero follow-up needed Execution & Ownership • Apply for programs such as: • AWS credits • Startup programs • Follow through to completion without reminders ⸻ Requirements (Strict) • Proven experience managing: • AWS IAM • Git repositories (permissions, SSH keys) • Firebase projects • Cloudflare domains & DNS • Experience with password managers (1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, etc.) • Strong understanding of: • Access control systems • Security best practices • Extremely detail-oriented (non-negotiable) • Fast response time and high accountability • Ability to maintain clean, auditable documentation ⸻ Nice to Have • DevOps background • Experience in startup environments ⸻ Screening Questions (Required) 1. Describe your exact process for managing and tracking access across multiple platforms. 2. How do you ensure a master credential sheet is always accurate? 3. Have you handled domain transfers (e.g., Cloudflare)? Explain step-by-step. 4. What steps do you take when a developer leaves a team? 5.
