Ad Account Coordinator (Account Sharing & Customer Support)

About the Role We run an agency ad account business, we supply the accounts, and we need someone to run the day-to-day. Your job is to get clients set up with their accounts, keep everything organized, and be the person they message when they need something. You don't need to source accounts or buy media. You need to be organized, responsive, and comfortable working inside Facebook Business Manager. What You'll Do - Share ad accounts with clients through Business Manager and confirm they have the right level of access - Keep a clean record of which client is on which account, spend levels, and account status - Handle customer service: onboarding questions, access issues, top-up requests, general support over chat and email - Process top-ups and keep balance records up to date - Notify clients quickly when an account has an issue and coordinate a replacement or fix - Remove client access cleanly when an engagement ends - Flag anything unusual to management: policy warnings, clients running content that could get an account restricted, billing problems What We're Looking For Required: - An active, established Facebook profile in good standing (needed for Business Manager access) - Experience at an agency ad account provider or a similar role where you managed account access for clients - Hands-on familiarity with Facebook Business Manager: adding people, assigning assets, permission levels - Strong organization, you'll be tracking many accounts and clients at once, and mistakes here are expensive - Fast, clear communicator. Most of the job is customer service, and clients notice response times - Comfortable working async and being reachable when something urgent comes up How We Work Small team, remote, fast-moving. Accounts sometimes have issues outside business hours, so we need someone flexible and we're flexible in return.
