Our platform is intuitive, standards-based, and built for scale — and we're growing. The Role We're looking for a driven, self-starter Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base. This is a part-time, remote role with significant commission upside — ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, learning a product quickly, and closing deals with minimal hand-holding. You'll be working directly with our leadership team, focusing on outreach, demos, follow-ups, and deal closure with target buyers in the association, education, and enterprise space. Based on results, this role can be converted to full time. What You'll Do • Prospect and reach out to associations, educational institutions, nonprofits, and large organizations • Run product demos and discovery calls with decision-makers • Manage your pipeline and follow up diligently to move deals forward • Collaborate with the leadership team on positioning, messaging, and proposals • Provide feedback from the field to inform product and go-to-market strategy • Close deals and hit monthly/quarterly targets What We're Looking For • Proven experience in B2B sales — SaaS or tech sales experience is a strong plus • Knowledge of or experience selling into ed-tech, digital credentialing, or professional development spaces is a significant advantage • Experience selling to associations, nonprofits, universities, or enterprise buyers • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight • Excellent communicator — written and verbal — with a consultative sales style • Comfortable running your own outreach, demos, and follow-ups end-to-end • Available for calls and meetings during US business hours (at least partial overlap) • Passionate about technology, learning, and the value of digital credentials Nice to Have • Familiarity with Open Badges or digital credentialing standards • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) • Existing network in the association, higher education, or L&D space • Background in ed-tech, HR tech, or workforce development platforms Compensation This role offers a base salary and a commission on all closed deals. For a motivated closer, the commission potential is substantial — our deals typically range from multi-thousand to five-figure annual contracts.
