Summary

We are a B2B SaaS company selling technical software services to startup founders and engineering teams. We need a part-time Account Manager to own the post-sale customer relationship: onboarding new accounts, keeping customers engaged, and making sure they get value from the product. This is an async-first, remote role. You will work independently, communicate through email and async tools, and coordinate with our engineering team on customer requests. No sales. Pure account management and customer success. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Onboard new customers via email and recorded walkthroughs - Send weekly digest emails to active customers summarizing their account status - Track open customer issues in our project management tool and follow up until resolved - Re-engage trial users and lapsed accounts with targeted follow-up sequences - Schedule and coordinate walkthrough calls between customers and our technical team - Keep CRM records clean: log interactions, update contact status, flag at-risk accounts - Escalate billing or technical issues to the appropriate internal team within 24 hours REQUIREMENTS - 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar B2B SaaS role - Excellent written English — you will represent us in customer email daily - Comfortable working async in tools like Notion, Gmail, and Loom (or equivalents) - Philippines-based, available Mon-Fri 8am-12pm US Eastern Time - Reliable internet connection - Strong organization — you will manage multiple accounts simultaneously NICE TO HAVE - Experience with a technical product (developer tools, API platforms, SaaS for engineers) - Familiarity with Stripe or subscription billing concepts - Experience writing customer email sequences ENGAGEMENT - Part-time, 15-20 hours/week - Hourly contract, ongoing - Available to start immediately To apply: tell us about a specific account you saved or grew, and what you did.
