Account Manager – Event Industry Partnerships & Wristband Sales

Hello! We're looking for a relationship-driven Account Manager to help grow our custom luxury wristband business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an established network within the events industry who enjoys turning existing relationships into long-term partnerships. If you have connections with event organizers, festival producers, venue operators, experiential agencies, corporate event planners, or sports and entertainment organizations, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding our wristband sales by introducing our custom solutions while developing new business opportunities across the live events industry. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a portfolio of event producer, venue, and festival clients seeking custom wristband and event credential solutions. - Consult with client teams to understand event size, brand identity, access tiers, and event logistics. - Manage the full order lifecycle from initial brief and design approval through production and on-site delivery. Serve as the liaison between clients and internal production teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop relationships with event agencies, venue operators, and brand activation teams for recurring event-based business. Stay current on live event trends, access control innovations, and experiential design to bring fresh ideas to clients. Identify opportunities for RFID integration and branded lanyards. Experience: Experience in live events, event production, brand activations, or experiential marketing is strongly preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high-stakes deliverables. Strong project management skills — you can run multiple event timelines simultaneously without dropping a detail. Excellent client communication and the ability to manage both creative and operational stakeholders. Enthusiastic, collaborative, and calm under pressure Familiarity with RFID, or access control systems is a bonus.
