We're a fast paced Austin-based PR and AI-search-visibility company. We get companies featured in media outlets like Forbes, Inc, VentureBeat, WIRED, Fast Company - and recommended by AI like ChatGPT or Google Gemini. We're growing fast and need a new teammate to own client relationships after the sale so our team can focus on growth. It's relationships, relationships, relationships. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll own the client relationship from the moment a deal closes. You're the trusted point of contact who keeps clients confident, informed, and genuinely happy as we deliver their results. That means: -Building real relationships with clients and being their go-to person throughout the engagement -Running check-in calls with clients - keeping them updated, answering questions, and making them feel taken care of -Proactively reaching out with updates before clients have to ask - you're always a step ahead -Guiding each client through the process - kickoff, drafting, review, and publication - with clear, confident communication -Coordinating between the client and our editorial partners so every piece gets delivered smoothly and on time -Spotting opportunities to deliver more value and deepen the relationship The whole job comes down to one thing: clients feel taken care of and confident in us at every step - and you're the reason why. WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE -You'll work directly with founders and executives of funded tech startups to enterprise size companies -You'll own your client relationships - no middle management, direct access to the founding team -You're getting in early at a fast-growing company building in an emerging category -The growth path is wide open: we're building the team, and the right person grows with us into leadership as we scale This is a full-time role. We're not just filling a seat - we're looking for the right person to grow with us long-term. We want someone driven, who takes real ownership and initiative, and doesn't need to be managed to make things happen. If that's you, the ceiling here is high. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS -Account management or client success experience - building client relationships is what you do best -Excellent spoken and written English -Confident and personable on video calls - you build rapport easily -Takes initiative and ownership - you spot what needs doing and handle it without being asked -Warm, trust-building communicator who clients enjoy hearing from -Calm and reassuring under pressure, even when a timeline slips -Obsessively organized, detail oriented -Available full-time during US business hours (Central Time overlap) COMPENSATION [TBD/hr or TBD/month] - full-time, with room to grow as you take on more accounts and responsibility.
