Accountant / Bookkeeper for YTD Financials Preparation

We’re seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to prepare year-to-date (YTD) business financials including a clean Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and any supporting schedules. Our books are maintained in Quick Books Responsibilities: Review and clean up existing quickbooks records for the current fiscal year Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to date Prepare YTD Profit & Loss (by month and YTD) and Balance Sheet (current and comparative if available) Produce supporting schedules (accounts receivable, accounts payable, prepaid/accrued expenses, fixed assets / depreciation, loans) Identify and correct data entry errors, categorize transactions properly, and post necessary adjusting journal entries Provide concise notes explaining significant variances or unusual items Deliver final financial statements in PDF and CSV/Excel formats Deliverables • Prepare YTD Profit & Loss Statement • Prepare YTD Balance Sheet • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards
