Accountant & Data Coordinator for Ship Repair Company

Job Type: Part-Time | Freelance (with potential for long-term collaboration) We are a UAE-based marine engineering services company supporting ship repair and manpower supply operations. We are currently building our financial and administrative systems and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support our day-to-day business operations remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage the company's accounting system from the ground up. - Monitor and control cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations. - Prepare and submit Corporate Tax Returns and VAT Returns (UAE). - Maintain and manage employee records and manpower supply data. - Provide general financial and administrative support as needed. *Requirements* - Fluent in Bengali (Bangla) — mandatory. - Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection. - Available for regular communication and flexible with working hours. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar) and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Experience with tax filing (corporate tax and/or VAT) is a strong advantage. - Prior experience handling HR or manpower data is a plus. What We Are Looking For: We need someone who is self-driven, organized, and able to take ownership of financial tasks with minimal supervision.
