UK Accountant / Director / Business Owner for Angel Investing

Summary

Budget $50/hour (Do not apply if you want more.) Time: 1h/month (12h a year) I want to set up a very simple and straight forward business in the UK (LTD) as an Angel Investor, to implement various brands for my IT services. I am after a person who will own the business and be a Director while I have the right to take over the LTD business at any time (Angel Investor Agreement). The role itself is very simple, just verify compliance with HRMC and ensure monthly / yearly reports / submissions are 100% accurate. This is a very straight forward and easy job, and everything else will be taken care of. I am an angel investor in a different country so it is not my first time. Take care Emil
