Accountant or Lawyer to help me move my company from Germany to Estonia

Hi, We are looking for an experienced tax consultant, lawyer, or advisory firm to help us relocate our business from Germany to Estonia. A bit about us: I am an Indian-born German citizen living in Germany. My wife is a Ukrainian citizen. My wife currently own and operate a German UG (registered in Germany), which has been running successfully for the past six years. She is 100% owner. We both have (currently expired) Estonian e-Residencies. Next year, we plan to move to India for a few years. As part of this transition, we would like to move our business from Germany to Estonia. Our primary goal is to reduce the administrative burden and bureaucracy associated with running a German company while maintaining the flexibility to operate our business remotely from India. We are looking for someone who can: - Advise us on the best structure for our situation. - Set up a new company in Estonia. - Guide us through Estonian corporate tax and compliance requirements. - Advise us on the tax implications of operating an Estonian company while we are living in India. - Provide ongoing accounting, tax, and legal support as our long-term advisor. - Ideally, also assist with closing our German UG and managing the transition. We're looking for a long-term relationship rather than a one-time engagement. We've worked with our current German tax advisor for over six years since our company was founded, so we value reliability, continuity, and building lasting professional relationships.
