Accountant for Venture Capital and Real Estate

Experienced Accountant: Long-Term Engagement (US, Florida Preferred) Seeking a seasoned accountant with 15+ years of experience to support ongoing personal and investment financial management. US-based required; Florida preferred for state tax familiarity and time zone alignment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in: Venture capital investments, including fund and SPV reporting, K-1s, and capital account tracking Real estate income, including rental income, depreciation schedules, and pass-through entities Financial management for high earners, with an emphasis on multi-source income and complex return preparation Responsibilities: financial reporting, tax planning and strategy, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations. Requirements: demonstrated expertise in financial accounting and bookkeeping, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. CPA credential preferred. This is an ongoing engagement with a consistent monthly workload rather than a one-off project. Looking to build a durable working relationship with the right person.
