Accountant for my doula business

I am looking for an experienced accountant, bookkeeper, or tax professional to help manage and organize the financial side of my small doula business. I own a single-member LLC in California and currently use QuickBooks. My business receives payments primarily through insurance companies and health plans, and I have a variety of business expenses related to mileage and travel, professional training and conferences, software subscriptions, advertising and marketing, office and doula supplies, phone and internet use, home office expenses, professional memberships, and occasional payments to backup doulas or other contractors. I am looking for someone who can help with: • Reviewing and cleaning up my QuickBooks records • Properly categorizing income and business expenses • Reconciling accounts and identifying missing or duplicate transactions • Reviewing my Profit and Loss statement for accuracy • Preparing my books for tax filing • Federal and California tax preparation and filing, if qualified • Advising me on legitimate deductions and documentation requirements • Reviewing mileage, vehicle, travel, home office, phone, and internet expenses • Advising on contractor payments and any 1099 filing requirements • Helping me understand estimated quarterly tax payments and tax planning • Advising me on owner draws and how to properly record personal versus business transactions • Reviewing my current bookkeeping process and recommending a simple system for staying organized throughout the year • Providing general small-business accounting and tax planning guidance I am not looking for complicated corporate accounting. I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, communicative, and experienced with U.S. small businesses, single-member LLCs, Schedule C businesses, and preferably California taxes. My goal is to make sure my bookkeeping is accurate, my taxes are prepared correctly, I am taking appropriate deductions, and I have a better system in place going forward. Please include information about your experience with small service-based businesses, your U.S. tax preparation credentials if applicable, what services are included in your proposal, and whether you provide ongoing tax planning or bookkeeping support after the initial cleanup.
