Summary

We are seeking an experienced accountant or accounting firm to assist with the preparation of our quarterly and annual reports (Forms 10-Q and 10-K) with the SEC. The ideal candidate should have experience in the preparation of these quarterly and annual reports and in financial reporting and compliance. They should also be able to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all submissions. Familiarity with SEC regulations and experience in preparing financial statements are essential.
