Looking for an experienced US CPA or Enrolled Agent who specializes in foreign-owned US LLC compliance. This is for two (foreign-owned) LLCs. If the collaboration goes well, I expect additional recurring projects throughout the year. My role is to coordinate projects and collect all required documents from them (clients) before sending them to you. I'm looking for a reliable long-term tax professional rather than a one-time filing service. This work may include: • Reviewing LLC information • Determining required federal filings • Form 5472 • Pro Forma Form 1120 • 1040-NR (when applicable) • Annual compliance guidance • Identifying missing documents before filing The two clients are: • Non-US residents • Foreign-owned US LLCs • Usually no SSN or ITIN • Using online business banking (Mercury, Relay, Wise, etc.) Please include the following in your proposal: 1. If you're a CPA or Enrolled Agent 2. How many years have you worked with foreign-owned US LLCs? 3. Approximately how many Form 5472 filings have you handled? 4. What documents do you require before starting? 5. What happens if bookkeeping or supporting documents are incomplete? 6. Your typical turnaround time. 7. Your pricing per LLC or package pricing for multiple LLCs. I'm looking for someone who values clear communication and is interested in building a long-term working relationship.
