Accounting Professional Needed to Close Year-End Books for a US LLC

We are looking for an experienced accountant or bookkeeper to help us close the accounting year for our US-based company, Anava Paris LLC. We use Xero for our accounting, and most transactions have already been reconciled. We are looking for someone to review the existing records, complete any remaining reconciliation and adjustments, and finalize the books for year-end closing and tax preparation. Scope of Work • Review our bookkeeping records for the accounting year. • Review existing reconciliations and reconcile any remaining bank and credit card transactions. • Review and categorize transactions as needed. • Make any necessary year-end adjusting entries. • Ensure our books are accurate and ready for tax filing. • Prepare and finalize the year-end financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.). • Identify any discrepancies or missing information and advise us on what is needed to complete the books. Requirements • Experience with US LLC accounting. • Experience using Xero. • Experience with year-end closing and preparing books for tax filing. • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • CPA or equivalent accounting qualification is a plus.
