Summary

We are building a dependable remote accounting team to support a growing portfolio of small-business bookkeeping clients. We are looking for two detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialists who are comfortable working within established processes, managing recurring accounting tasks, and communicating clearly with a remote team. This is an ongoing hourly contractor role. The right person is organized, accurate, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple client accounts without losing track of details.
