Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Reconciliation & Partner Payments

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage partner payment reconciliation and collections across multiple online platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all partner revenue is accurately reconciled, tracked, and collected. Core Responsibilities Reconcile sales data, partner invoices, and bank payments Maintain and update outstanding balances per partner Identify missing or incorrect payments Follow up with partners to collect overdue payments Handle discrepancies and resolve payment issues Update all records in CRM with clear status and notes Ensure all revenue is fully accounted for and collected Requirements Experience in Accounts Receivable / AR / Credit Control Strong understanding of: invoice reconciliation payment tracking bank matching Ability to chase payments and follow up consistently Good written English for partner communication High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with Excel and structured data Success in This Role All payments are matched and accounted for Overdue balances are actively followed up No revenue is left untracked or uncollected
