Actionstep Specialist – Reporting & System Optimisation for Law Firm We're looking for an experienced Actionstep consultant to help improve reporting and streamline workflows for a Brisbane-based fixed-fee law firm. Scope of work: - Build out improved financial and operational reporting within Actionstep (matter profitability, WIP, billing/collections visibility) - Review and optimise current workflows, automations, and matter templates - Identify gaps between current setup and best-practice configuration for a fixed-fee firm model - Recommend and help implement system improvements (custom fields, dashboards, integrations) Ideal candidate: - Proven hands-on experience configuring and customising Actionstep (not just using it day-to-day) - Strong grasp of legal practice reporting needs (matter economics, trust accounting awareness a plus) - Comfortable working from existing P&L/financial context to shape reporting requirements - Able to work independently and communicate clearly with a small, fast-moving team Engagement: Project-based to start, with potential for ongoing work if it's a good fit.
