Activity & Travel Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Activity & Travel Specialist to help our family discover and plan meaningful experiences locally and while traveling. This role is focused on researching, recommending, and coordinating activities, events, and trips so we can spend more quality time together without handling all the planning ourselves. Responsibilities: * Research local events, activities, concerts, restaurants, and family experiences. * Find date night ideas and activities for a family with a young child. * Create weekly recommendations based on our interests and availability. * Plan travel itineraries including flights, hotels, activities, transportation, and logistics. * Help manage travel credits and booking details. * Coordinate reservations, tickets, and other arrangements. Requirements: * Extremely organized and detail-oriented. * Strong research skills. * Experience with travel planning, concierge services, executive assistance, or event planning. * Ability to proactively suggest ideas, not just complete assigned tasks. * Excellent communication skills.
