AdSense Expert for Website Optimization

I’m looking for an AdSense compliance expert who understands how to prepare new websites for approval, especially sites rejected for “Low Value Content.” My site is 5 weeks old, focused on Canadian iGaming news, casino industry updates, and review overviews, and currently has no affiliate links. We are only producing original articles and informational content. I need someone who can review the site, identify what AdSense sees as low value, and directly fix or implement the required changes — not just advise. The goal is to make the site fully compliant and ready for a successful re‑submission.
