Add Latin America Payment Support to Existing Marketplace

We have a working Stripe payment integration and need an experienced developer to extend it to support Latin America. We do not want to rebuild what already works. We need LATAM coverage added cleanly, tested, and documented for handoff. Current setup: Stripe, with a Supabase (Postgres + Edge Functions) backend and flutter, node.js, Next.js / React frontend. Stripe currently handles our card payments. What we need added: Accept the local payment methods buyers actually use in our target Latin American countries (for example PIX, OXXO, SPEI, boleto, Mercado Pago wallet). Pay out to sellers in their local Latin American country and currency. First task, paid discovery: tell us whether we can cover Latin America by extending Stripe (adding local payment methods, and Stripe cross-border payouts for sellers) or whether we need a second processor such as Mercado Pago or dLocal, and why. Include a per-country table showing what is possible for both accepting payment and paying out. Then build the integration, test it in a sandbox, and document it for handoff. Constraints: keep our existing Stripe flow intact, all secrets stay server-side in Supabase Edge Functions, and we must stay in PCI SAQ-A scope (no raw card data on our servers, no custom card forms). Your proposal must include a short statement of work covering: Whether you recommend extending Stripe or adding a second processor, and why. A per-country table of supported pay-in methods and payout capability. Milestones with deliverables, hours, and cost. Your sandbox testing plan. Total timeline, total cost, and what is out of scope.
