Admin Assistant & Creator Success Coordinator (UK Hours)

Location: Remote Hours: Full-time, UK working hours required Hi We're looking for an organised, proactive Admin Assistant to join our team at OhFun, the API and infrastructure layer behind OhChat. You'll be working closely with creators, helping them succeed on the platform, supporting day-to-day operations, and becoming a key part of our community and support ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing Creator Success (Approx. 70%) - Supporting creators with onboarding and setup. - Answering day-to-day creator questions. - Helping creators understand platform features - Following up on outstanding tasks and requests - Keeping creator records and documentation organised - Identifying issues and escalating when needed - Acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact Community Moderation & Operations (Approx. 30%) - Moderating Discord, Telegram, and community channels - Supporting community engagement initiatives - Monitoring conversations and reporting issues - Calendar management and scheduling support - Data entry, reporting, and ad hoc admin work What We're Looking For - Strong written English - Excellent organisation skills - Comfortable working independently - Detail-oriented and reliable - Experience using Discord, Telegram - Able to work UK business hours - Comfortable speaking with creators and community Important - OhFun and OhChat operate within the adult creator industry. - You do not need previous experience in the space, but you must be comfortable working within the industry and supporting creators professionally. - If adult content or creator platforms make you uncomfortable, this role probably isn't the right fit.
