Summary

# Part-Time Virtual Administration Assistant (15–20 Hours Per Week) We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Administration Assistant to support our growing business and our association management clients. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and helping clients stay on top of their administration. We will provide training on all tools and systems the right person who has excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. ## Hours * 15–20 hours per week * Must be available during agreed business hours (Australian Eastern Time) * Consistent weekly schedule required * Potential for additional hours as the business grows ## Responsibilities ### Client Administration Support * Monitoring and responding to email enquiries * Assisting members with general enquiries * Preparing registration and attendance reports * Updating membership databases and records * Uploading events and content to websites * Drafting and scheduling email communications * Designing flyers and social media posts in Canva * Preparing meeting documents and reports ### Business Administration Support * Assisting with proposals and client documentation * Data entry and record management * Maintaining project management systems * Following up outstanding information from clients * General administrative support as required * Basic bookkeeping or accounts assistance (desirable but not essential) ## Requirements ### Essential * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong attention to detail * Highly organised and reliable * Comfortable learning new software and systems * Ability to follow documented processes * Strong internet connection and suitable home office setup * Available to work consistent hours each week ### Highly Regarded * Administration or customer service experience * Experience supporting associations, memberships, or events * Experience with Google Suite * Experience with website updates (Webflow and Squarespace) * Experience with project management systems such as monday.com * Experience with Xero ## To Apply Please include: 1. a 30 second video introduction outlining your past experience and three reasons why you would be great for this job 2.
