Admin/Customer Service We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin and Customer Service Agent to support our Customer Experience team. This role focuses on tagging, categorising and assignment, providing an exceptional service, and ensuring the highest standards of work. The role requires a strong customer service background, and experience with Zendesk is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Accurately categorise, tag, and assign customer support tickets Ensure order accuracy and carefully review details such as product specifications, sizing, and shipping information Maintain a professional and empathetic customer experience across all interactions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently Requirements: Strong written communication skills and experience with categorisation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality What We’re Looking For: A proactive and customer-focused professional who understands the importance of the customer experience.
