We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Administration Coordinator to assist with invoicing, receipting skills assessment clients using Xero. The role also involves coordinating documents for migration skills assessments for Australian visas. Strong English communication and administrative skills are essential. You will be responsible liaising with clients via email to request documents and ensure documents meet skills assessing authority standards and are decision ready for lodgement Deliverables • Invoicing and receipting through Xero • Drafting templates and checklists • Coordinating migration skills assessments with proactive liaison with clients • Maintaining clear records • Ensuring compliance with migration skills assessments requirements - specifically trade occupations and assisting candidates to compile their documents
