Administrative Assistant (Document Organization & File Management)

This role is primarily focused on organizing, categorizing, renaming, and maintaining files. Strong attention to detail is more important than advanced technical skills. Responsibilities * Organize digital documents and folders. * Rename files according to company standards. * Sort photos, proposals, and project documents. * Create and maintain organized folder structures. * Upload and manage documents in Google Drive and company systems. * Ensure documents are easy to locate and properly categorized. * Identify missing or duplicate files. Requirements * Native or fluent Spanish speaker. * Basic English reading and writing skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Organized and methodical work style. * Experience with Google Drive * Reliable internet connection. * Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. Preferred Qualifications * Previous administrative assistant experience. * Experience organizing documents for construction, real estate, legal, accounting, or office environments. * Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic data entry. What Success Looks Like * Documents are organized consistently and accurately. * Files can be located quickly and easily. * Folder structures remain clean and organized. * Tasks are completed on time with minimal supervision.
