We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Microsoft Excel skills to support our growing real estate investment business. Responsibilities: Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets Organize and track property, tenant, and project data Data entry and data cleanup Create basic reports and dashboards Assist with document management and administrative tasks Follow established processes and maintain accurate records Requirements: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, basic reporting) Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Prior administrative or real estate experience is a plus
