Summary

We are a growing home inspection company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities -Answer incoming calls from home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and builders -Schedule and coordinate home inspections -Obtain inspection approvals from sellers, builders, and listing agents through platforms such as ShowingTime and BrokerBay -Send emails, text messages, appointment confirmations, and inspection updates to clients and agents -Manage calendars and inspector schedules -Send inspection invoices, and payment links -Upload reports, and other documents into company systems -Follow up with clients regarding appointments, payments, reports, and pending approvals -Maintain accurate records, trackers, and administrative logs -Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks Requirements -Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Customer Service Representative -Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills -Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively -Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace -Own desktop /laptop and noise cancelling headset -Professional, customer-focused attitude Preferred Qualifications -Experience in the home inspection, real estate, construction, or property services industry -Experience handling inbound and outbound calls -Familiarity with Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office What We Offer Long-term remote opportunity Supportive team environment Training and growth opportunities Consistent workload and stable position
