Administrator This is a part time position Must be able to speak and write english fluently This is a year round positition Must be able to follow corporate structure Fill in for current staff when they are unavailable You must be able to follow procedures in place You must be able to work independently quickly and efficiently Must login to work on time very with few no show days Must have great computer skills You must be able to answer emails Must be able to navigate quickbooks a plus This position is approximately nine hours per week / 3 -3 hr shifts Depending on projects may have more or less hours available per week Must have computer with sufficient memory to complete tasks Must have strong internet connection Once trained must be able to work independently You will be trained for 2 shifts after 2nd a manager will monitor you shift manager is only available from 3 pm pst to 6 pm pst Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Shifts are generally Tuesdays Wednesday Thursdays, 3 p m to 6 p m pst This is so a is manager present online if you have questions Once you show, you can do job independently there may be a chance you can change your schedule .
