Adobe Acrobat Sign Migration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Acrobat Sign specialist to help migrate our existing DocuSign workflow to Adobe Sign with minimal disruption to our current process. Our workflow currently uses CRM data exported into Excel, which then generates Word documents through VBA/mail merge. We have approximately 72 document variations and want to preserve the existing process while implementing Adobe Sign text tags, signature fields, routing workflows, CC recipients, and internal notifications. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Adobe Sign agreement templates, text tags, signer routing, and scalable document workflow architecture. Bonus experience includes Excel/VBA, Word mail merge, CRM integrations, APIs, and Make.com automation. This is Phase 1 of a larger initiative, with potential future work involving dynamic templates, API integrations, and cloud-based workflow automation. We are looking for someone who can implement efficiently, document the setup clearly, and help establish a scalable foundation for future automation.
