Adobe Captivate Developer — 60-Min E-Learning Course (Scripts Ready, SCORM/Moodle)

Overview We're building the first course for Downstage South AV, an e-learning platform for audio visual professionals. The course is called Introduction to AV for Live Events — approximately 60 minutes, eight sections, designed for complete beginners entering the live events industry. All scripts and slide-by-slide VO copy are fully written. Branding is established. We need an experienced Adobe Captivate developer to take our content and build a polished, SCORM-ready course. What's Already Done Complete VO scripts for all 8 sections (slide-by-slide, with production notes) Brand colors, fonts, and visual direction documented Adobe Captivate 2023 (new subscription version) licensed and partially set up SCORM 1.2 configuration complete Moodle LMS identified as the delivery platform What We Need You to Build Slide layouts in Captivate for all 8 sections following our scripts and slide structure PPT + VO format throughout — text on screen with recorded narration synced to slides Interactive elements including: a 15-question final quiz (multiple choice + true/false + image ID), a mid-course knowledge check, a mandatory safety acknowledgment checkbox slide, and one or two click-to-reveal interactions Brand-consistent design using our established color palette and typography SCORM 1.2 package exported and tested for Moodle compatibility Passing score set at 80% with retry-on-fail enabled Required Skills Adobe Captivate 2023 (new subscription version — NOT Captivate Classic). Please confirm in your proposal which version you have worked in. SCORM 1.2 development and LMS deployment experience Moodle familiarity — ability to upload and test the SCORM package Quiz/assessment building in Captivate including pass/fail logic Clean, professional slide design — we want this to look like a real course, not a template Nice to Have Experience with trade, vocational, or technical training content Ability to assist with basic VO recording setup/guidance (we are recording narration ourselves) Scope & Deliverables Fully built Captivate source file (.cptx) Published SCORM 1.2 package (.zip), tested and Moodle-ready Brief handoff notes on how to update slides and re-publish if we need to make edits What We're Looking For in Your Proposal Confirm you have worked in Adobe Captivate 2023 (subscription version, not Classic) Share 1–2 portfolio samples of Captivate courses you've built, especially any with quiz logic or interactive elements Give us your estimated hours and rate for a project of this scope Tell us your typical turnaround time for a project like this
