Modernize Existing Logo for Professional UX & Instructional Design Brand

I am looking for a graphic designer to modernize and polish my existing logo for Creative Mindsets LLC. I already have a logo and the overall concept is exactly what I want. This is not a request for a completely new logo or brand identity. Specifically, I would like you to: Polish the existing design while keeping the overall concept recognizable. Improve typography and spacing. Better align all elements. Refine the "CM" icon so it looks cleaner and more professional. Improve the proportions between the icon, divider, company name, and tagline. Refine the color palette while keeping the current navy and teal direction. Make sure the logo scales well from a favicon to large website headers. Ensure it looks great on both light and dark backgrounds. Optimize the logo for placement on my website so it fits naturally within the header/navigation area without looking oversized or cramped.
