Video Instruction & Visual Planning Specialist (Astrology Education)

READ THIS DESCRIPTION VERY CAREFULLY TO SAVE TIME: We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented person who can transform long-form educational astrology classes into a complete editor-ready production sheet. This is NOT a simple transcription, data-entry, virtual-assistant, or content-writing role. The ideal candidate must be able to understand educational content, think visually, and create precise instructions that help a video editor produce an engaging and accurate learning experience. Your job is to decide what the viewer should see on screen at every moment of the lesson and to communicate those instructions clearly to the editor. - What You'll Be Doing: 1. Transcript Processing & Visual Segmentation You will receive a transcript in an Excel/Google Sheet. The transcript is usually pasted across multiple cells without any visual planning. Your responsibility is to: * Read and understand the transcript carefully * Decide where visual elements need to appear * Break transcript sections based on screen changes and editing requirements * Keep transcript lines together when the speaker remains on screen * Create new sections whenever a visual change is required (banner, stock footage, chart, graphic, image, highlight, etc.) * Structure the sheet in a way that makes execution easy for the video editor This process requires judgment and visual thinking. The transcript is not broken based on topic changes, but based on what the viewer should see on screen at each moment. 2. Create Detailed On-Screen Instructions For every section of the transcript, you will decide: * When the speaker remains on screen * When text banners should appear * When visual callouts should be used * When stock footage should be inserted * When images should appear * When charts, diagrams, tables, or graphics should be shown * What exactly needs to be highlighted or emphasized You will document all instructions clearly inside the production sheet. The editor should be able to follow your sheet and create the video without needing additional explanations. 3. Visual Research & Asset Selection You will: * Find appropriate stock footage when required * Source relevant visual references * Insert source links into the sheet * Ensure visuals match the educational context * Maintain consistency throughout the lesson 4. Astrology Chart & Educational Graphic Planning A large portion of the content revolves around astrology concepts. Many classes include: * Birth charts * Planetary placements * Houses * Rashis (Zodiac Signs) * Yogas * Astrological combinations * Real chart case studies You will review the teaching content and determine: * Which chart should be shown * What specific area should be highlighted * Which house, sign, or planet is being discussed * What visual emphasis is required * What the editor needs to focus on Instructions must be extremely clear and precise. 5. Canva-Based Educational Graphics When concepts are better explained visually, you will: * Create simple educational graphics in Canva * Create tables, charts, diagrams, and visual aids when required * Save assets to Google Drive * Insert links into the production sheet * Provide clear usage instructions for editors 6. Timestamping Once the instruction sheet is complete: * Rewatch the class video * Add accurate timestamps * Verify all instructions align with the correct video section * Ensure the sheet is fully editor-ready 7.
