Adobe Captivate eLearning Developer

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Captivate eLearning Developer to convert existing PowerPoint presentations into engaging, interactive online training courses. The course content has already been developed by our team. We are looking for someone whose expertise is building professional eLearning experiences—not creating the instructional content. This project will begin with one paid pilot course. If the work meets expectations, there is an opportunity to complete approximately 9 courses as part of the project. Each course will be approximately 35-35 slides and 1 hour in length. What We Will Provide: Completed PowerPoint presentations Detailed speaker notes and scripts Course objectives Branding and graphics Knowledge check questions (when applicable) Any required edits and feedback Your Responsibilities: Build courses using the latest version of Adobe Captivate Convert PowerPoint presentations into polished, interactive eLearning modules Create engaging interactions, click-to-reveal elements, tabs, accordions, timelines, and other interactive components where appropriate Build knowledge checks and quizzes Add navigation, menus, progress indicators, and course completion logic Synchronize narration with slide animations (audio files will be provided if applicable) Ensure courses meet Section 508 accessibility standards Publish SCORM-compliant packages (SCORM 1.2 and/or SCORM 2004) Test courses to ensure compatibility across major browsers and learning management systems Deliver fully editable Adobe Captivate source files upon completion We are looking to have 6 of the courses completed by the end of July and the remaining 3 by August 15.
