Adobe InDesign Catalogue & Product Artwork Designer Needed — Print-Ready Files

Catalogue Refinement & Print Preparation Take our existing catalogue draft and convert/refine it into a professional print-ready catalogue. Improve layout consistency across all pages. Ensure fonts, spacing, product grids, image placement, headings, footers and page numbers are consistent. Tidy product tables, specifications and visual hierarchy. Apply supplied text changes and product amendments. Ensure brand colours and styling are consistent throughout. Prepare the final catalogue for professional printing. Product Artwork Creation — Approx. 70 Product Lines Create print-ready product artwork for approximately 70 product lines. Product artwork sizes/dimensions will be supplied. There are only three main artwork styles/design templates required. Each product line will use one of these three styles, with only minor adjustments required such as: Product code changes Product name changes Product specifications/copy changes Size/dimension adjustments Barcode or label information if supplied The artwork does not need to be reinvented for each product; it is mainly controlled template-based artwork production. Final artwork must be supplied in editable and print-ready formats. File Setup & Deliverables Final deliverables should include: Print-ready PDF of the catalogue with bleed and crop marks. Digital/web PDF version of the catalogue. Packaged Adobe InDesign catalogue file. Linked images folder. Font list or packaged fonts where legally permitted. Editable Illustrator/vector files for product artwork. Print-ready PDF files for each product artwork item. CMYK colour setup. 3mm bleed where required. Final preflight check before handover.
