Adobe InDesign Print Setup for Wedding Invitation

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with the print setup of a 6-panel accordion fold wedding invitation using Adobe InDesign. The task involves ensuring the design is ready for print, including setting up bleed, trim, and fold lines. The ideal candidate will have experience in print design and layout, with a strong understanding of Adobe InDesign. This is a part-time project with a short duration, expected to be completed in less than a month. ⚠️ Adobe InDesign 2026 is required. Please do not apply if you work in Illustrator, Canva, or Photoshop. PROJECT DETAILS: - 6-panel accordion fold invitation — 3 panels per side - Each panel 6" wide × 8" tall, total flat size 18" × 8" - Front: continuous panoramic watercolor illustration spanning all 3 panels - Back: illustrated map of Bermuda with wedding itinerary spanning all 3 panels - Artwork provided as high resolution scanned files (JPEG/TIFF) - Printer specification sheet will be provided by a London printer DELIVERABLES: - Fully packaged Adobe InDesign 2026 file with all fonts and linked assets - Print-ready PDF/X export, CMYK, 300dpi, with bleed and crop marks to printer's specifications - Precise alignment at all fold lines — artwork runs continuously across all panels REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience with multi-panel and accordion fold print layouts - Strong understanding of bleed, CMYK, crop marks, and print specifications - Experience working to a professional printer's spec sheet - Please include samples of relevant print work with your proposal BUDGET: Fixed price, open to proposals TIMELINE: Within 1 week of receiving all assets
