Adobe Premiere Pro Video Editor Needed for Entertainment Interviews and Social Clips

I run an entertainment website where I interview actors, casting directors, and other industry professionals. I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help edit interview videos on an ongoing basis, roughly once a week. The interviews are usually recorded through Zoom, and I need someone who works in Adobe Premiere Pro**. I use Premiere, so I’d like to be able to easily share project files, make adjustments if needed, and keep the workflow consistent. I usually do these myself but I think getting someone to help out, it would free my time for other things. The main job would be taking the raw Zoom interview footage and turning it into a polished final video for YouTube and my website. What I’m looking for: * Edit raw Zoom interview footage in Adobe Premiere Pro * Deliver the finished the Premiere project file * Improve audio levels and overall sound quality as much as possible * Add lower thirds or basic titles when needed * Possibly export the final video for YouTube (but I might just do that on my end since you'll be sending my the project file) * Create short clips from the interview for social media, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, BlueskThreads, and YouTube Shorts * If possible, help create YouTube thumbnails, though this is not required * Eventually, I’d also like to turn these interviews into podcast episodes, so podcast/audio editing experience would be a plus The style I’m looking for: These are interviews, so I’m not looking for anything overly flashy or distracting. I want the edits to feel clean, professional, natural, and easy to watch. I can send you the link to my YouTube page to see what they look like and how I basically want them. Workload: This would likely be about one interview per week. Some weeks may have more, and some may have none, but I’m looking for someone I can work with regularly. To apply, please include: 1.
