We're a US marketing agency building out a reliable editing team. We produce short-form content for clients across legal, hospitality, retail, and creator brands. The work goes out to social, advertising, and ongoing client partnerships. We're not hiring for a single project. We're looking for editors, individuals or small teams, that we can grow with over time. We can't promise specific volume up front. That's the honest version. What we can say is our media business is scaling, and the editors we build a working relationship with now are the ones we'll keep sending work to as that volume grows. What we're looking for: - Strong Adobe Premiere proficiency. This is what we work in, no exceptions. - Capable of basic short-form editing done well: cuts, captions, music, vertical 9:16 social formats. - Reliable turnaround on assigned work within reasonable timelines. - Comfortable following an agency process for how jobs are sent and delivered. - Good written English. You'll work with transcripts, captions, and subtitles. - Confident making creative judgment calls without constant hand-holding. - Available for jobs assigned during a given week, within reason. Who this is NOT for: - Editors just getting started. We need real experience and real reps. (at the current moment) - Editors expecting end-client rates. We're an agency, we mark up our services to clients, so pricing has to work for both sides. - Anyone who can't commit to a consistent process. How to apply: 1. Send us: A few sentences on why you (or your team) are a fit. Tell us what kind of editing you enjoy and how you typically work. Two or three work examples you're proud of. No more than 10 examples, at most. Don't send a portfolio dump. Pick the strongest ones. Lastly, be sure to send your rate, hourly or per-piece, your call. That's it.
