Instagram Ads Specialist for Women’s Retreat Brand (Meta Ads) I’m looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help me create a simple, effective Instagram advertising strategy for my women’s retreat business. About My Business I host transformational women’s retreats and have spent the last four years building a strong local community primarily through Instagram. Almost all of my marketing has been done through boosted posts, which has helped me consistently fill in-person events. The Challenge I recently lost access to my personal Instagram account temporarily, which affected my Meta Ads setup. I currently manage two additional business Instagram accounts that still have access to Meta Ads Manager. More importantly, I’ve noticed that boosted posts are no longer reaching many of my existing followers—the people most likely to attend my retreats. Instead of focusing on gaining more followers, I want to better engage the audience I’ve already built. What I Need Help With I’m looking for someone who can: * Audit my current Meta Ads setup and account structure. * Help restore or organize my Meta Ads Manager if needed. * Create an ad strategy focused on warm audiences and existing followers. * Set up the proper audiences, tracking, and any necessary Meta tools (Pixel, Conversions API, etc.) if appropriate for my business. * Recommend the most effective campaign objectives for increasing engagement and retreat registrations—not simply boosting posts. * Teach me enough about the system that I can confidently manage basic campaigns moving forward. Budget I’m a small business owner funding my marketing personally, so I don’t have a large advertising budget. I’m looking for someone who understands how to maximize results with modest ad spend rather than someone who only works with large accounts. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience with Meta Ads for small businesses. * Experience building campaigns for events, retreats, coaches, wellness brands, or similar businesses is a plus. * Comfortable explaining strategy in plain language. * Results-driven and able to recommend practical next steps instead of unnecessarily complex funnels.
