we’re looking for a sharp, adaptable Ads Manager to own our paid media department, build smart automated workflows, and help us inject AI into our marketing operations to keep our clients winning. What You'll Be Doing Running the Paid Media Show: Strategy, setup, and optimization for Meta Ads and Google Search. Scaling Local Lead Gen: Managing and maximizing Google Local Services Ads (LSA) for service-based clients. Driving Performance Max (PMax): Feeding the PMax machine the right data, assets, and signals to scale e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns. Directing the Creative: Collaboration with copywriters and designers to map out high-converting hooks, video concepts, and angles based on real data. Building the Infrastructure: Designing and maintaining CRM workflows in GoHighLevel, Leveling Up with AI: Actively finding ways to use AI tools to speed up creative testing, audience analysis, and copy generation. What We Are Looking For Hands-On Platform Mastery: Deep, proven experience inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. LSA Expertise: You know how to get clients ranked, manage reviews, and handle the budget flow within Google Local Services Ads. CRM/Workflow Architecture: You aren't afraid of automation logic. You know how to build a clean email/SMS nurture sequence and map out a lead pipeline. An AI-First Mindset: You already use AI in your daily workflow to brainstorm angles, write hooks, analyze data, or generate assets—and you want to help our agency do it better. A "Figure It Out" Attitude: You thrive in an evolving agency environment, love testing new ideas, and take full ownership of your metrics.
