Advanced 3D Avatar Creation with Rigging, Lip Sync & Gesture Animation for Digital Assistant

We're building an advanced digital assistant and need an experienced 3D artist/animator to create two high-quality avatars (one male, one female) with full rigging and speech-synced animation. Both avatars should be dressed in traditional Eastern attire reflecting Pakistani culture. Scope of work: - Design and model two professional 3D avatars; one male, one female, suitable for a digital assistant - Both avatars to wear culturally authentic Pakistani Eastern attire (e.g., shalwar kameez, with appropriate styling, accessories, and detailing for each) - Full facial and body rigging optimized for real-time animation - Accurate lip sync driven by audio/speech (phoneme/viseme-based) - Natural hand gestures and body movements aligned with speaking cadence and tone - Smooth transitions between idle, listening, and speaking states - Clean topology and optimized assets for real-time rendering Requirements: - Proven experience in 3D character modeling and rigging (portfolio required) - Strong skills in lip sync and viseme-based facial animation - Experience with gesture animation synced to speech/dialogue - Ability to depict culturally accurate clothing and detailing (experience with South Asian/Pakistani attire is a plus) - Proficiency in Blender, Maya, or equivalent - Familiarity with real-time engines (Unity/Unreal) and formats like glTF/FBX Bonus: experience with Audio2Face, MetaHuman, Ready Player Me, or similar pipelines Deliverables: - Two rigged 3D avatars (male and female) in traditional Pakistani attire (source + export-ready files) - Lip sync setup and gesture animation library for both - Fully ready for integration; must be created according to the required format.
