Advanced Photoshop Retoucher and Compositor

Cool Kids Sticker Co. is a kids’ decor brand (wall decals, panels, stickers) operating across Australia, USA, and the UK. We are hiring a skilled Photoshop retoucher for an ongoing engagement starting immediately. The work We work with AI-generated interior room images. We want to roll out new mock ups to all the products in our portfolio. The job has two parts. Part 1: AI cleanup and finishing AI-generated images arrive with tells: colour inconsistencies, texture issues, unrealistic surfaces, odd lighting, and general artefacts that make them look generated rather than real. Your job is to fix these so the final image holds up as a convincing, polished room scene. Part 2: Template setup for decal insertion Once an image is clean, it needs to be set up as a production-ready layered PSD. This means isolating foreground elements (furniture, shelving, etc.) via precise masking so our decal artwork can be inserted behind them on a smart object layer: sitting on the wall naturally with furniture edges reading correctly over the top. We provide all source files and briefs. You deliver clean, well-organised layered PSDs our team can work from directly. What we need from you Strong manual Photoshop technique across both retouching and compositing. The interior room context is something we brief: we are not looking for someone who has done this exact job before, but your underlying skills need to be solid enough to apply to it confidently. You must be comfortable with: • Identifying and correcting AI image artefacts: colour, texture, lighting, surface realism • Clean, precise masking around complex edges: furniture, fabric, curved surfaces • Smart object setup and non-destructive layer organisation • Delivering files that are structured and easy for another person to use Do not apply if: • You cannot show examples of retouching or compositing work that demonstrates clean technique: product mockups, packaging, apparel, or similar are all relevant • You work slowly. We move fast and need someone who can keep up with a steady output of work • You cannot work independently from a written brief • Your experience is primarily filters and AI tools rather than manual Photoshop technique Application requirements To be considered, your application must include: 1.
