Advanced Website Performance Optimization Specialist (PageSpeed & TBT Focus)

We are looking for an experienced specialist to optimize the performance of our website, including all key pages, without removing any existing content, features, or affecting the current design and functionality. Basic optimizations (such as JS/CSS minification, unused CSS removal, and lazy loading) have already been implemented. The focus of this role is on advanced performance improvements. Target Performance Goals: Desktop: 85–90+ (PageSpeed score) Mobile: 70–80+ (PageSpeed score) (or a clear and meaningful improvement from current performance) Key Responsibilities: Improve Total Blocking Time (TBT) and overall page load performance Optimize JavaScript execution and reduce render-blocking resources Ensure no negative impact on layout, UX, or site functionality Deliverables: Before-and-after PageSpeed reports A clear summary of all optimizations performed Workflow & Requirements: Preferably work on a local or staging environment before deploying to the live site Any server-level changes must be discussed and approved in advance
