Advanced WordPress/Elementor Developer Needed

We are looking for an advanced WordPress/Elementor developer to build a brand-new website on SiteGround. This is a short-term Phase 1 project with a target of one week for the core website foundation. Phase 2 will be scoped separately and may include additional creative plugins, animations, interactive sections, resource libraries, lead magnets, white paper downloads, and other creative website functions. There is no set timeline for Phase 2 yet. We already have a sitemap, internal linking plan, Figma design direction, and a Hostinger website-builder foundation that shows how the site should look and flow. The Hostinger version is only a visual reference. The final website must be built as a clean WordPress/Elementor site on SiteGround. You must be able to work from Figma, interpret a Hostinger mockup, build clean Elementor pages, make the website mobile responsive, set up basic SEO structure, and keep the backend easy for our team to update. We do not want a custom-coded site that is hard to maintain. We also do not want unnecessary plugin bloat.
