Advanced modulation techniques for next generation wireless

We are seeking a Wireless Communications Researcher to conduct advanced research in next-generation (5G/6G) wireless systems, focusing on noise-aware index modulation techniques under realistic fading environments such as Nakagami-m channels. The researcher will: * Investigate advanced modulation techniques including Spatial Modulation (SM) and OFDM-IM. * Develop adaptive noise-aware communication frameworks and machine learning-based detection methods. * Perform MATLAB simulations and analytical modelling under AWGN, Rayleigh, and Nakagami-m channels. * Evaluate performance using BER, SER, spectral efficiency, multiplexing gain, and complexity metrics. * Prepare and publish journal and conference papers based on the research findings. Requirements: * Background in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or Telecommunications. * Strong knowledge of wireless communications, MIMO/OFDM systems, and MATLAB. * Research and academic writing experience preferred.
