Meta Ads Manager – Damianthefatass About Us Damianthefatass is one of the fastest-growing fitness and nutrition brands online, helping hundreds of thousands of people achieve their goals through cookbooks, workout programs, digital products, and engaging content. We're looking for a highly analytical and creative Meta Ads Manager who understands direct response marketing, scaling winning campaigns, and maximizing profitability. This is not a beginner position—we want someone who has managed six and seven-figure annual ad spend and can take ownership of the entire Meta advertising strategy. Position **Meta Ads Manager (Remote)** Responsibilities * Own and manage all Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns * Plan, launch, test, and scale campaigns for: * Digital cookbooks * Workout programs * Physical products * New product launches * Evergreen offers * Develop and execute creative testing strategies * Analyze performance daily and make data-driven optimizations * Improve key metrics including: * ROAS * CPA * MER * CTR * CPC * Conversion Rate * Work closely with our creative team to request new ad concepts and iterations * Build structured testing frameworks instead of relying on random creative launches * Monitor attribution and identify opportunities for scaling profitable campaigns * Produce weekly reports with actionable insights instead of simple metric summaries * Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, industry trends, and best practices Qualifications Required Experience * 3+ years managing Meta advertising accounts * Experience managing at least $50,000/month in Meta ad spend * Proven success with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce or digital products * Strong understanding of attribution, audience building, creative testing, and scaling * Ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions Preferred * Experience with Shopify * Experience selling digital products * Experience in fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle brands * Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar attribution platforms * Knowledge of email/SMS marketing and how it integrates with paid acquisition What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: * Consistently improve account efficiency * Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability * Create a repeatable testing system that produces new winners every week * Communicate clearly with the team and provide strategic recommendations * Take ownership of results rather than waiting for direction We're Looking For Someone Who * Thinks like an owner * Loves numbers and data * Is proactive instead of reactive * Has strong communication skills * Can work independently with minimal supervision * Brings new ideas to the table and is constantly testing and learning Compensation * Monthly retainer based on experience * Performance bonuses available based on agreed KPIs * Long-term opportunity with a rapidly growing brand * Flexible remote work environment How to Apply Please include: 1.
