Summary

I’m looking for an M&A advisor Ad Hoc as right now I’m selling my software company and will start being on the buy side shortly. Current predicament is due to personal reasons I need to speed up the sale of my current company. Trying to figure out ways to speed up the process, my contract is air tight. I was with the wrong broker for about 8 months, new broker is great but I’m giving them a hard task of pushing the sale. We’re a year and a half old at about 500k MRR for reference. Deal size is looking between 4-10M
