Project Overview Strong Tide AI is a fractional AI advisory firm working with PE-backed and middle-market companies in the $20M-$500M range. The founder, Chris Resch, is based in New York and publishes a daily AI news video alongside supporting social content. The operation needs a reliable content and video operator to run that workflow every weekday by 8 AM EST. This is a 2-week paid trial with a fixed price between $300 and $600 depending on your experience. The core of the ongoing role is editing a weekly 20-30 minute solo YouTube show and biweekly guest interviews. Clips, show notes, and social content flow from that long-form work. The trial is designed to test the full stack. The trial covers a specific set of deliverables (listed below) using tools you already need to know: HeyGen, Descript, OpusClip, Castmagic, Riverside, and Canva. The work is execution-focused. You will take raw recordings and Castmagic transcripts, draft scripts in the founder’s voice, produce HeyGen avatar videos, cut short clips, write social posts, and format show notes. All content goes through founder approval before anything is posted. If the trial goes well, this becomes ongoing work at 10 to 20 hours per week. We are looking for someone based in the Philippines or Latin America who can hit the 8 AM EST delivery window consistently and operate with minimal hand-holding. Apply only if you have hands-on experience with HeyGen and at least two of the other tools listed. --- Deliverables / Scope The following is exactly what gets delivered for the fixed trial price: 1. 1 long-form YouTube episode edit (20-30 minutes, solo talking head format). Raw footage will be provided. Final edit should be paced for watch time, dead air removed, captions added, and branded intro/outro applied. 2. 3 short clips cut from that same long-form episode using Descript or OpusClip. Each clip 60-90 seconds, captioned, ready to post. 3. 1 formatted show notes page from the Castmagic transcript of the long-form episode. Include key quotes, summary, and 3 social post drafts pulled from the content. 4. 5 HeyGen digital twin news commentary videos. Script drafted in founder voice, avatar generated, captions added, brand frame applied. Each 60-90 seconds. 5. 10 X (Twitter) post drafts from episode content or Castmagic output. 6. 2 LinkedIn post drafts. Raw footage for the long-form episode will be provided in Week 1. All HeyGen deliverables require an 8 AM EST handoff on weekdays. All written content requires founder approval before any post goes live.
