Overview TrulyFree.com is seeking a high-performing Affiliate Activation & Reactivation Contractor responsible for turning recruited creators into active revenue-generating partners. This is a performance-driven contractor role focused on activating newly approved creators, re-engaging inactive creators, increasing offer participation, and driving GMV through consistent relationship management. Success is measured by creator activity; not outreach volume. Primary Objective Activate creators into consistent promoters while reactivating dormant partners to maximize revenue across the TrulyFree Marketplace. This role owns the creator lifecycle after approval; from first promotion through ongoing activation. Core Responsibilities Creator Activation Welcome newly approved creators Schedule onboarding calls Train creators on the Truly Free platform Help creators download the app Assist with profile completion Ensure affiliate links are generated correctly Educate creators on commissions and lifetime attribution Help creators select brands and offers Coordinate product sample requests Launch each creator's first promotion Creator Reactivation Identify inactive creators and bring them back into active promotion by: Personal outreach Offer recommendations Product sample coordination Campaign matching Seasonal promotion opportunities Exclusive incentives Live selling opportunities Marketplace education Campaign Management Support creators throughout active campaigns. Including: Offer recommendations Promotional calendars Product launches Holiday campaigns Flash sales Live selling opportunities Cross-selling new brands Relationship Management Serve as each creator's primary success manager Responsibilities include: Weekly creator check-ins Monthly business reviews (top creators) Performance coaching Troubleshooting Brand matching using Trudy Long-term relationship development Marketplace Education Ensure creators understand: Marketplace features Lifetime commissions Weekly payouts Brand diversity Sherpa Portal Product sampling Campaign opportunities Live selling Community resources Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-Leadership will manage. Activation % of new creators activated Days to first promotion First promotion rate App download rate Profile completion rate Reactivation Dormant creators reactivated Reactivation percentage Time to reactivation Reactivated GMV Revenue GMV generated Orders generated Revenue per active creator Promotions per creator Active creator percentage Relationship Health Creator response time Creator satisfaction Retention rate Repeat promotions Offer diversity Contractor Deliverables The contractor is expected to: Activate assigned creators within established SLAs Reactivate inactive creator portfolio Maintain CRM records Attend weekly team meetings Submit weekly performance reports Maintain communication standards with creators Meet agreed activation and revenue goals Monthly Success Metrics Performance will be evaluated on outcomes including: New creators activated Dormant creators reactivated Active creators maintained Total promotions launched Number of offers promoted Marketplace GMV generated Revenue growth from assigned portfolio Creator retention Average time to first promotion Ideal Contractor The ideal contractor has experience in: Affiliate Marketing Influencer Marketing Creator Economy Customer Success Account Management Partnership Development Sales or Business Development They are highly organized, relationship-focused, data-driven, and thrive in a performance-based environment.
