Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager for SaaS Tool in Self-Publishing / KDP Space

We’re looking for an experienced affiliate and creator partnerships manager to help grow the affiliate program for BookBeam, a SaaS platform for Amazon KDP authors and self-publishers. This role is not just about managing an affiliate dashboard. We need someone who can actively find, contact, recruit, and build relationships with relevant partners, including YouTubers, course creators, newsletter owners, bloggers, community owners, influencers, and other people with audiences in the KDP, self-publishing, low-content books, Amazon publishing, and online business space. Ideally, you already understand the self-publishing / KDP world. If not, you should be genuinely willing to learn the market, the audience, the product, and what matters to publishers. Responsibilities: - Research and build lists of relevant affiliate partners and creators - Reach out to potential partners through email, social media, YouTube, communities, and other channels - Pitch the BookBeam affiliate program clearly and professionally - Follow up consistently and manage conversations - Communicate with potential partners through written messages and calls when needed - Help onboard new affiliates and make sure they understand the product, offer, and commission structure - Track outreach, replies, active partners, and results - Suggest ways to improve the affiliate offer, partner materials, and promotion process - Help build long-term relationships with high-quality partners Requirements: - Proven experience with affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, or partnership management - Excellent written English - Strong communication skills by text and on calls - Comfortable doing cold outreach and follow-ups - Able to work independently and stay organized - Experience in self-publishing, Amazon KDP, SaaS, online education, Amazon seller tools, creator tools, or digital products is a strong plus - If you do not already know the self-publishing space, you should be willing and able to learn it quickly - You should be able to show examples of past partners, campaigns, or affiliate programs you helped grow Ideal candidate: You are proactive, organized, and comfortable hunting for new partners. You understand that the real value is not just “managing affiliates,” but finding the right people, getting them interested, and helping them actually promote. You should be a strong communicator who can represent BookBeam professionally, both in written outreach and in partner calls. Compensation: Initially this can start as a part-time role, around 20 hours per week, with the possibility of going full time if the collaboration goes well. Compensation may include a base hourly or monthly rate, and a commission on net new affiliate revenue generated from partners you help recruit.
